I always joke that I'm going to write a book, and It's going to be called My Journey to Becoming a Less Awful Person: A Memoir.
I don't think I'm important enough to write a book (and my mother would be so embarrassed if I got famous from a book about how awful I am), but the theme-ish of this blog is me working to become more awesome. I've made a list of things I want to get better at doing, and this blog will kinda-sorta chronicle that (in between posts about what I ate and what my fingernails look like, obviously).
Don't get me wrong. I think I'm pretty freakin' great. But now that I'm solidly mid-twenties, and definitely an adult (eek), I want to be more awesome. Some of my goals are serious (exercise more so I can run a 5k again) and some of them are just silly (listen to more NPR). See the full list here.
I'm 25, and I live in North Carolina.
I enjoy reading, painting my fingernails, drinking red wine, technicolor anything, spending time in coffee shops, blogging, and decorating my apartment on the cheap.
